4/11/2023 0 Comments Pewdiepie cat mario 4![]() I’m not saying that PewDiePie’s whole fanbase is a trolls nest, but I know a good portion that seem to be, and those people have multiple accounts. While he did set up a Twitter amongst other things to connect with the Bro Army, those who are subscribed just to spam and such will start to leave as they can no longer troll or advertise themselves. But, either way, it’s his channel, he can do with it what he pleases, and I will stay subscribed because I really do like a lot of his videos and go to watch them from time-to-time.īut, now back to the disabling of the comments…what will this do to his Channel? I am not the only one who thinks that turning off the comments will actually hurt PewDiePie’s fanbase. Too much editing, barely any horror games anymore…PewDiePie is something meant to entertain, and for a lot of people, it’s just not as entertaining anymore. He complains that the comments alone make it hard for him to connect with his Bros, but at the same time, I haven’t felt a connection coming from him in a long time…but that’s just personally me.īut others complain that it has just changed too much. I don’t feel that connection with him like I used to, and I feel that watching him has become so impersonal. ![]() PewDiePie has done a lot of amazing series that were non-horror that I thoroughly enjoyed…but I will agree that since he became top-dog of YouTube, it really has not been the same. That’s what drew people to the Channel to begin with. They wanted to see him raging and cursing in Swedish, and they wanted to hear him scream like a little girl when something popped out in front of him. While I don’t blame him for playing the games that he likes and while I don’t blame him for wanting to do things that he considers fun, a majority of his fans came for one thing and one thing only: The reactions. Also, another reason is…well, look at how much the PewDiePie Channel has changed. Their fan-base is smaller albeit growing, and, you do not see as much hate and def not as much spam as you would on any PewDiePie video. I mean, look at Cry and Markiplier…or even people like Caddicarus. But, being advertised as the number one viewed on all of YouTube, being seen internationally, and on top of that, having million of subscribers…of course you are going to run into such a problem. like he used to…but then again, what do you expect having millions of subscribers? Back when the Bro Army was small, it was a lot easier to see how much people appreciated the videos they were watching, and it was easier to filter through to the meaningful comments. He says he no longer feels the support from his Bros. I guess he has done this some time before, and it is because his comment-section is full of nothing but hateful messages, self-advertising, and other spam. Still, the recent hype around PewDiePie is because he finally disabled the comments for all of his newer videos. This guy is living my dream…playing games, and making money for it. I even enjoyed him raging on smaller things like Cat Mario, and especially loved it every time he would play Happy Wheels. ![]() ![]() I thought his videos were funny, I love watching his reactions to horror games. While he was a rising star on Youtube, he was nowhere near where he stands today as YouTube’s #1. I remember when I found PewDiePie almost two years ago. ![]()
